I have been a loyal t-mobile customer since 03'. I've had every single sidekick that has hit the shelves. Every time something has went wrong with my phones, they would always send me a replacement phone. So my sidekick 3 stopped charging. I have three batteries, two home chargers, and one car charger. Nothing works, phone still won't come on. I called t-mobile customer care to inform them of this matter. I was told that the warranty has expired on my sidekick 3. Also stating that I would have to pay a 200 dollar deductible since I had insurance. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought the point of purchasing insurance was to insure your phone in case damage or any other mishaps occurred.
