I've had every single sidekick that has hit the shelves.  Every time something has went wrong with my phones, they would always send me a &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;replacement&lt;/span&gt; phone. So my sidekick 3 stopped charging. I have three batteries, two home chargers, and one car charger. Nothing works, phone still won't come on. I called t-mobile customer care to inform them of this matter. I was told that the warranty has expired on my sidekick 3. Also stating that I would have to pay a 200 dollar deductible since I had &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;insurance&lt;/span&gt;.
